Advanced Pipe Condition Testing
Our Remote Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) solutions provide detailed assessments of wall thickness and overall condition for steel, cast iron, ductile, and reinforced concrete (RC) pipes.
Our services include void detection, leak detection, and concrete integrity testing for both dry and surcharged pipes, removing the need for manned entry.
Key Technologies
These advanced systems enable early detection of internal corrosion and defects, making them vital tools for maintaining infrastructure integrity, especially in harsh environments.

FAQs
Frequently Asked Question
Which assets do you inspect?
Pipes, tunnels, aqueducts, long-sea outfalls, hydro-electric penstocks, culverts, adits, industrial cooling pipes, desalination systems, mine workings, tanks and storage reservoirs.
Can you inspect live assets?
Yes. We work in dry, partially surcharged and fully surcharged conditions, handling flows up to 6 m/s subject to site safety.
What diameter range and distance can you cover?
From 100–10,000 mm with tethered reach >7 km where access allows.
What inspection technologies do you use?
Primarily HD-CCTV for maximum picture quality, complemented by laser/LiDAR or sonar where needed.
Do you design and build your own systems?
Yes. All inspection equipment is designed and built in-house. If a project needs something unique, we’ll custom-build it.
Can clients view inspections in real time?
Yes — we offer remote live-stream viewing so stakeholders can monitor and direct the survey.
What deliverables will we receive?
HD video, stills, engineer-ready defect logs and clear condition summaries; outputs are geo-located and easy to integrate with your models.
How do you reduce manned entry?
We take a robotic-first approach and plan works to eliminate routine manned entry wherever possible.
Do you cover marine and potable environments?
Yes — including long-sea outfalls and potable aqueducts, with procedures tailored to the environment.
Where do you operate and how fast can you mobilise?
Based in Harlow, Essex, we support clients across the UK and internationally. Mobilisation depends on scope and access — get in touch and we’ll confirm dates.
