Inspect
High-Precision Tunnel Inspections
We provide comprehensive inspections for a wide range of assets, including pipes, tunnels, aqueducts, long-sea outfalls, hydro-electric penstocks, culverts, adits, industrial cooling pipes, desalination systems, mine workings, tanks, and storage reservoirs.
Our inspection services can be carried out under dry, partially surcharged, and fully surcharged conditions, with the capability to handle flow rates of up to 6 meters per second.
Our inspection systems accommodate pipe and tunnel diameters ranging from 100mm to 10,000mm, and our tethered systems can reach distances exceeding 7km. All of our inspection equipment is designed and built in-house, and if we don’t have a system that fits your specific needs, we will custom-build one to suit.
We utilise HD-CCTV systems to ensure maximum picture quality, enabling us to capture the highest level of detail during inspections.
FAQs
Frequently Asked Question
Which assets do you inspect?
Pipes, tunnels, aqueducts, long-sea outfalls, hydro-electric penstocks, culverts, adits, industrial cooling pipes, desalination systems, mine workings, tanks and storage reservoirs.
Can you inspect live assets?
Yes. We work in dry, partially surcharged and fully surcharged conditions, handling flows up to 6 m/s subject to site safety.
What diameter range and distance can you cover?
From 100–10,000 mm with tethered reach >7 km where access allows.
What inspection technologies do you use?
Primarily HD-CCTV for maximum picture quality, complemented by laser/LiDAR or sonar where needed.
Do you design and build your own systems?
Yes. All inspection equipment is designed and built in-house. If a project needs something unique, we’ll custom-build it.
Can clients view inspections in real time?

How do you reduce manned entry?
We take a robotic-first approach and plan works to eliminate routine manned entry wherever possible.
Do you cover marine and potable environments?
Yes — including long-sea outfalls and potable aqueducts, with procedures tailored to the environment.
