FAQs
Frequently Asked Question
What do you do?
We help Clients to better understand the condition of critical assets by inspecting, testing, mapping and measuring pipes and tunnels.
How do you do it?
We deploy cutting edge robotic technology to precisely map, measure, test and inspect any structure in challenging locations, reducing routine manned entry.
Who do you work with?
We provide global support to asset owners including water & hydro-electric companies, civil engineering contractors, consulting engineers and plant owners.
What pipe or tunnel sizes can you inspect?
We inspect assets from 100 mm to 10,000 mm in diameter. Our tethered systems can exceed 7 km where access allows.
What flow conditions can you handle?
Live asset inspections are possible — we can work with flows up to 6 m/s, subject to site conditions and safety.
Which inspection and mapping technologies do you use?
We select from HD-CCTV, LiDAR, photogrammetry, sonar, IMS, PPR and other NDT techniques to suit the asset and environment.
Are your underground mapping surveys PAS 128 compliant?
Yes — our underground mapping workflows are PAS 128 compliant with survey-grade, measurable outputs.
Can stakeholders view and control surveys remotely?
Yes — we can live-stream survey data so remote engineers can view and direct the survey in real time.
What deliverables do we receive?
Engineer-ready reports, HD video, drawings and 3D outputs such as point clouds, BIM or mesh files — geo-located and ready for integration.
Do you reduce manned entry?
Yes — we deploy robotic systems to eliminate routine manned entry wherever possible.
Where are you based and where do you work?
We’re based in Harlow, Essex and support clients across the UK and internationally.
Is there a 24-hour contact number?
Yes — call +44 (0)845 2300180 any time.
