FAQs
Frequently Asked Question
What does “Responsive” mean in practice?
Fast, clear, tailored help when you need it — we scope quickly, mobilise safely, and keep you updated from first call to final report.
Is there a 24/7 number?
Yes — call +44 (0)845 2300180 any time for urgent enquiries.
How quickly can you mobilise?
It depends on access, permits, tides/traffic and safety. We prioritise risk and criticality, then agree a realistic mobilisation window with you.
Which services can be deployed at short notice?
Robotic/HD-CCTV inspections, outfall checks (ROV/diver/sonar), LiDAR mapping, PPR/GPR utility checks and targeted NDT — subject to site conditions.
Do you work alongside live operations?
Often yes. We plan to minimise disruption and can survey in dry, partially surcharged or fully surcharged assets where safe.
What information helps you respond fastest?
Objectives, location/drawings, asset material/diameter, access constraints, flow/tide windows, permits and your required deliverables/format.
Can stakeholders watch and direct surveys remotely?
Yes — remote live-view lets engineers review progress and request extra passes during the survey.
How do you manage safety on urgent works?
Pre-task risk review, RAMS and permits as required; calibrated equipment; qualified personnel; and clear comms with your site controller.
Where do you operate?
Based in Harlow, Essex, supporting clients across the UK and internationally.
What do we receive and how fast?
Engineer-ready reports, HD video/stills and geo-referenced data (CAD/GIS/BIM). Turnaround is agreed up front based on scope and urgency.
